I do believe that this thread, especially my first post on it, gives all these details already....other than my telephone contact number, which I do not intend to give here or in response to the email, due to the above warning. The Account number is in Thread 12.
I wish to return your BT equipment if you send me packaging or arrange to collect it from my old address.
I also wish to come to a reasonable final bill and pay it by instalments over 6 months. Be assured I will settle it outright, if and when I am able, before the 6 months is up.
In the meantime I would like you to call off Moorcroft/Solicitors whilst we negotiate a settlement.

thanks mattyprice....I appreciate what you say, I am impatient but this situation has gone on for more than 5 months now and I want it sorted asap due to the stress it is causing me.

Craig, I have just read your opening correspondence between us on the email sent to me, and its contents is certainly NOT Fair Enough!
You state that your company still intend to charge me £704, with no deduction of either the extra charge of £100 plus for having to end the contract due to my family being made homeless, and being unable to give a forwarding address. Where in your contract does it state that a person who moves house is obliged to continue using BT? This is nothing but extortion. Nor do you offer to reduce the bill for the additional £140 plus that has been added by Moorcroft, I can only assume for the equipment that your company have refused to collect? It will be left in the porch at my old address, collect it or not, it is no concern of mine.
I will not be bullied by BT. I would rather go to jail than pay you one penny of this account until it has been reduced to a reasonable sum. Nor will I correspond with Moorcroft.
Your idea of Fair enough, disgusts me. Your companies attitude has cause me great distress and I will be putting in a counter claim for damages in respect of the deterioration of my health, due to your companies unethical bully tactics.
