Their claims process has been quite simply a huge mess. They don't reply to emails, claim they didn't receive emails I sent with the evidence, and not compensating me for £225 owe me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    OP, it would help if you elaborated on your problem. Did you take out sufficient insurance to cover your claim?
