Hi Guys
I got a flat in City centre to rent. one guy moved in at the end of 2011 and due to the late payment of rent, i gave the notice to him to move out.
we signed 1 year contract, and he moved out finally at Sep 2012, with about 5 months rental unpaid. and he promised to make payment this March (i know it's May now). and never pick the phone call any more or reply text.
so, what should i do?
I got his british passport photo, and contract , also an agreement we signed when he moved out which indicate the amount of the money he will pay.
court? or debt collection company?
Thanks in advance!!

Find his current address(findermonkey approx £35, no find no fee).
Then write him a nice letter asking him why he hasn't paid his debt.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
