That really bad charging for name change it was a long time ago i got mine done.
as said before you might be better off just buying a new flight if you can get it for a penny.

as others have said, just book another flight in your passport name.
i did exactly the same thing a year ago and when i phoned to change the booking, they said there'd be a charge for changing the name and that came to more than the cost of the flight, so i just went and booked another flight instead.

use your driving licence as long as it is in your married name. airlines in general are a lot more strict with names and hardly any let you travel if a whole name is wrong.
