I bought a dress from ioffer its similar to ebay. The dress was coming from china and I offered to pay via paypal but the seller told me they needed to money sent via western union. Foolishly I did £200!
It's now 4 months later and no response, I filed a dispute on the website but the way the website works the seller can just click problem resolved! I am really angry and don't know if I have any right because the seller was from china and its out of the EU help

No enforceable rights whatsoever, sorry. Money transfer should always set alarm bells ringing, especially if it is to someone outside of the UK.0

NEVER EVER send western union. Too late now, but I think you know that unfortunately you gave any chance of a claim away when you did that.0

Sadly you've been scammed out of your money. No comebacks with WU transfers.0
