Buy to Let Mortgage - salary shortfall

Hello
Does anyone know of a mortgage lender that offers buy-to-let mortgages but is flexible regarding the level of applicants salary?
Property value is £100,000 approx, deposit saved is £25,000. But lenders seem to require an applicant to have a salary of £25,000 pa (Or £30,000 pa for joint applicants). This is a real stumbling block.
Any ideas or your own experiences would be really appreciated
Thanks.

See a mrotgage broker, this will be easy enough to sort out but BTL lenders in the main only deal with brokers.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
