Free Sky+

Ive heard rumours of people recieving flyers / promo's about free Sky+ box and no monthly subscription. Apparently those recieving this are existing customers wanting to cancel, or ex customers.

Anyone know if you can get this deal if you are not already an existing / ex Sky customer???

My lady friend called sales up today and asked them nicely if she could have a Sky+ box with her new sub, at first they offered her a box for 50 notes when she said no thanks they found her a recon with 12 warranty for nowt on 2 mixes @ 15 notes a month, albeit she has to pay 2 months @ a tenner before it goes free!

Remember, you have to subscribe to Sky before you can get the Sky+ functions!

I called last week and asked to be put through to the cancellations department!I asked how much notice was needed to cancel my contract as I was thinking of going to virgin and was offered a free sky+ box, installed free with no extra monthly payments! Too good an offer to miss and it was installed today! I'm very happy as was a bit concerned about changing to Virgin!

According to the news on skyuser SKY+ will be free for 2+ mix packages from 1st July.
