I've only seen one Cash Lady advert since the ruling and it was extremely short. Maybe only ten seconds.

The ASA required the following action: "The ad should not appear in its current form. We told Cash Lady to take care with the overall presentation of information of its loans."

I expect it has been re-edited to comply with this. You'd be surprised what difference a few little tweaks can make.
