Just wanted to say received a cheque for £26,245 from MBNA after being initially rejected in an unpleasant letter.I persued through the FSO they paid out although did not admit fault. Who cares they also took the tax off so don't have that worry.

Thank you Martin and all forum members it took me some time to get my act into gear but at last REsult:j

    Wow that is an excellent result. I am with them but am a bit afraid of trying to claim as I am unsure whether I applied by phone or Internet so don't know if it will be worth it.
