Small Business Rates Relief

Hello and thank you in advance for reading this. I am a director of a company with three sites each in different local authorities. We have small business rates relief in our newest property and have discovered our other two properties are £4600 and £2300. I believe we should qualify for rates relief on these also. Is this true?
Also, is it possible to claim back overpayments for the many years we have overpaid?
Thanks again

as I understand it you only get relief on 1 of your premises.
your accountant should know the rules on this, and I also believe it only applies to a max rateable value of £4500
could try looking on the voa website also
