Isn't the weather nice GRRRR!!!

Options
Weather good, lazy day. So decide to do a bit of gardening. It's been - I'd say a bit, a lot! - neglected over Winter...

I've been stung, stabbed, blinded, grazed, attacked by bees, nearly run over, accused of fly tipping, nearly drowned, put my back out, trapped and burnt!

To clarify; stung nettles, obvious; stabbed sawing a massive tree/weed; blinded, sun bright, come into house, eyes don't adjust stand on piece of lego; grazed, doing a bit of forking action, next thing 1/2" piece of flesh ripped from palm of hand somehow, plaster wont stay put, so hurts more, especially as had to tear loose bit of skin off, then got a load of dirt in it; attacked by bees, cutting back, they decided THEY want the nectar; taking some junk to the wheelie bin, car turning round in alley reverses into me; accused, but some junk near gate, and go back in to finish brew, come out, council man with little truck tutting at me (where he came from is anyones guess!), nearly drowned, fishing some plastic bags out of pond, lost my footing, one foot in, just saved myself; back out, obvious; trapped, sit back in deckchair, and collapse in a heap, wasn't clicked in properly; burnt, chill in breeze/clouds in front of sun, but definate mild sunburn, have a forehead like a beacon tomorrow!

So much for the bloody GREAT weather!!!! PHEW! :rotfl:How was your day?

Better luck next time, maybe with a bit of preparation:D..........

Wear a hat to help prevent sunburn
Wear sunglasses, to prevent sun blindness and damage to eyes
Wear gloves, to protect hands and fingers from cuts and grazes
Wear high visibility coloured clothing, so you are easily seen by moving vehicles

I hope you're feeling better soon.
