I would recommend doing some research on https://www.waiyeehong.com as unlike other websites this one will tell you the ingredients of the products so you know if they contain MSG for example. Helpful to write down brands of stuff you want so when you get there you know it meets your standards.

Wai Yee Hong is my local Chinese supermarket.

I always stock up on the little packs of various "A-One" noodles. Lunch for just 28p.

However, I haven't been able to find the tin of something with the ingredients "Contents of many animals (Mammal)" on it again.
If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)

To add to the list, just found out that prawns and shrimp are very cheap there.

    Apart from already covered above
Fresh veg are usually cheaper then supermarket.
If you like hot chilli sauce, i would recommend "sriracha", comes in different level of heat and flavor, garlic usually and its not acidic like main stream chilli sauces.
I know OP is looking for freezer options but fresh tofu is so much cheaper, about £1.30 for a 800g block, cook & freez:D

    Are these places breathable?

There is one close to where I live but I've never ventured inside after being warned by mates that the smell inside is unbearable.

Me Julie has suggested we go in wearing nose masks:rotfl:

they smell fine - if they sell authentic thai curry pastes get them but beware they tell you to use tablespoons but my DH & I found them far too hot (and we eat hot curries) so use teaspoons instead - still hot but bearable- they last three times as long
