Fraud on credit card, been cancelled but I can't pay bill

Hi, received a call from barclaycard fraud department on Sunday saying they suspected my card had been fraudulently used, which it had. They cancelled my card and said one would be sent out in 5 days. I'm due to make a payment tomorrow but when I log in online it says my balance is 0 and wont let me pay anything. What should I do? Ring them and ask - just a thought.
Fraud lines are usually open 24/7 ring them on that if you need to.

I'd call barclaycard themselves and check whether any payments should be made while your new card is being arranged.

I'd be surprised if they gave you a late payment charge when you can't actually pay the bill because it won't show. If they did, I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to give you a refund given the circumstances.

Ring them or pay by faster payments on your own bank's website. Any payment with your old card number will be re-allocated to your new account automatically.
