Yes please if you don't mind. Please remove anything that identifies you from the imageWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.

Cool, will get scanning their evidence tomorrow. Wont bother with the photos, it's just my car from about 8 different angles and 2 photos of the sign.0

You should start thinking how to respond to that evidence and rebut it then. As long as you send a copy of your letter to the PPC and to POPLA I believe you can respond to their evidence (and there is certainly time as POPLA are delayed). Don't just look at the bundle of papers and let their points go unchallenged - after all they have been able to respond to your points so it's only fair you also have a right to reply.
By the way if they have included their contract with the landowner do not post that in an open forum. But let us know if they have and whether it stipulates that they can pursue parking charges in their own name as creditor and specifically that they can pursue the charge in Court. And who does the contract name as the PPC (exact name of firm please)? And does it talk about offering the 'service' for free, raising revenue, sharing the proceeds, paying a bounty etc.?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

will PM you with an Email addy0 -
No contract has been included. I have uploaded it to imageshack so if anyone wants to see it PM me. I'm not sure if it's alright to post to an open forum. There's none of my details but I'm guessing they could still link it to me.0
