My mum is nearly £100 in credit with BG. She's switched to nPOwer which should've been finalised in the days surrounding today. Logging in to BG says her account is closed.
How does she go about getting the in credit re-paid back to her? Does she have to call or is there a feature online she can do this?

It should be sent to her automatically as soon as the final bill is prepared.0

They can't credit her before closing readings are received and a final bill issued. Then it takes anything up to 3 weeks to get any credit balance due after that.
She may be £100 in credit now, but that doesn't mean she will still be in credit after that bill.No free lunch, and no free laptop
