    service charge 2.9% plus interest is 44.9 % it says on back of statement

    are you on a payment plan through CAB or anyone ..i have been on one for years with studio and only pay £12 and they stopped interest after a few months and my balance at the time was higher than yours

    Ahh no it was a plan I arrange with them :/ Should I have done it via CAB? Sorry it's taken me so long to reply, I've not felt well. Got the Damn DWP on my back again. Stupid medicals.

    i think they take it more seriously if you go through a 3rd party ccccs cab , stepchange etc
