    P.S. Melissa my earlier post refers to the mistake I made in an even earlier post. If that makes sense.

    I said my flat cost 32k not 26k.

    Is it called a typo? something like that.

    I still dont prophecise a correction/crash though, just dont see it happening.

    Those thieving b*str*ds won't have a penny of mine.

    I sold it privately to a developer.

    And a proper one at that. You know old school - a bit of dignity and their own money.
