Praise (yes, really) for Groupon

Everyone seems to moan about Groupon so I thought I would feed back my recent experience.
In short I purchased a £750 voucher for orthodontist treatment from a company which subsequently went bust part way through my treatment over a year after the voucher was purchased.
This resulted in me having to make one call to Groupon to start the refund process, another to chase, (both calls were answered promptly) about two e-mails submitted some basic further information through an impressively secure site, and then a full refund within about 4-6 weeks of first calling.
