Environment Search - Signifant Fluvial Flooding Risk. Next Move?

Hello Everyone
FTB'ers buying a 3 bed terrace in Aylesbury.
Just had the environmental survey results come back today and it says there is significant risk of fluvial (surface water/drain) flooding within 25M.
What is our next move as we have no idea? do we wait for homebuyer report results?
Can we still get insurance?
Should we reduce our offer?
This has really worried us and we don' want to lose the house if at all possible. We are inexperienced and don't fully understand everything. Just looking for some advice?
Many Thanks

I had similar - didn't say 'significant', just that there was a risk of surface water flooding.
Do you know if the house has actually suffered from flooding, that might be more of an issue.
I went through a few insurance sites and it didn't seem to be a problem, questions were about whether there had actually been any flooding, or risk from rivers/coast, not surface water.
Do you know what the search identified as the perceived risk? Mine was a ditch the others side of the road, down a slope away from the house. I've just filed it as another of those things that come up trying to make a problem out of nothing and am forgetting about it.0
