u have paid us £1.00 (the reservation deposit) in return for which we will reserve the home, subject to contract and not seek to increase the price of the home and sell or attempt to sell the home to another buyer until after the 7/06/2013 the reservation expiry date. In the event that we shall not have exchange contracts for the purchase if the home by the res expiry date the res agreement shall terminate.

So I'm going to go through with the first check again on the 16th of this month this is when the Halifax system updates. The default is already off but will still on there system before this date.

Will I have enough time? They have also given me John Wilson & co property lawyers who are specialists in new homes conveyancing so will need to get them involved soon.

Checked my credit file halifax only did a mortgage quotation not a full search

But if I'm rejected by Halifax then it's Likey going to be same with woolwhich.

Am I likely to get this house? House 150,000 deposit 7500, 20% gov loan, 28k a year aged 19 fair credit file only real neg is 4 -5 credit searches since the begin this year. No missed/late payments ccjs/defaults.

I think the lender would be concerned because of my age would I be sensible enough to be committed which I am plus my other family is moving in garunteed which they will be paying rent. I will be making over payments.

I can't answer that one I'm afraid, I only know which lenders are involved in the scheme as I am looking to buy through the scheme. I would have thought the brokers who are on here would know who is and isnt on the scheme

And taken from another thread you started '20 year old wanting to buy new build 170k - £230k please help'

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4565707
I earn on average, £3000 a month online through Google Adsense for my websites, (being doing so for past year.

I work full time for Sainsbury's picking up just over 1,100 a month.

I have a good credit history, credit cards, and phone contracts, not late/miss payments. CCJS, Defaults. I am on the electroll roll.

So combined through my website earnings, and my full time work earnings, I earn just under £4000.00 a month. My website earnings is not taxable. I don't have a business.

So affordability I can afford the mortgage payments. My mum will also be living there, contributing over £500 a month for the mortgage. Her credit is bad though, with CCJ'S/Defaults/Missed/Late payments.

So what is your real verified income and how are you doing repaying the tax you owe on your Adsense income?
