MS Outlook - same accounts, two PC's - is this possible?

    Similarly, web mail allows personalised file organisation.

    I think a lot of outlook users are just unaware of web mail and its benefits and simplicity.

    On the laptop select "Leave a copy of messages on the server". Optionally select to have them deleted after "x" days (I don't do this).

    On the home PC uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on the server".

    When you use the laptop you will receive a copy of any new emails and may action them as necessary. When you subsequently login from the PC you will receive those again and they will then be permanently deleted from the server.

    A disadvantage with this is that you only have a partial history held on the laptop, so if you need to refer back to something it may not be there.

    It's the interface and login process that is slower. In my case significantly slower.
