Buying property with adjoining field

Hi All,
I've had an offer accepted on a property. In the information from the solicitor there are 2 titles, one for the property and one for the adjoining small field. We are buying both for the agreed price.
Does anyone know how the purchase price would be split between the property and field? It occurred to me that if we split it evenly between the 2 then the stamp duty would be at a lower % but the mortgage company are likely to put their charge only on the property so a low purchase price would affect what the mortgage company would lend.
Is it more likely that the field is purchased for a nominal sum?
Thanks,
Gary.
