We have a dvd with pictures on them that we want to copy to our computers hard drive, a Hi res folder and a Low res folder, however we are struggling to copying the items from the dvd which we were given. I am pretty computer literate and I just can't think of a workaround. I have tried copy and paste, send to, copying folder etc etc. The dvd seems to lock up, even though I can clearly see all the files and folders. I was wondering if there is a ripper that can do the job or any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you open any of the pictures on your PC?
If you can open, try doing a "Save As" to your PC.
This might be long winded, but it will prove that the DVD pics are not locked.0 -
Just click and drag the folder to your desktop. What happens when you do this?0

Don't worry guys, its been ultra time consuming with the dvd going into Not Responding mode. Going to see if I can get the files resent.0
