Had a crash today on slip road of motorway, was set up by a bunch of romanians, police and highway patrol involved and deduced i was set up after questioning the romanians and details/information not matching up properly.
My worry is the insurance. My car is a writeoff. I know i'll get market value for it. If i purchase another car, will i have to purchase insurance again? Because i can't afford insurance plus the increase of the claim on my history. I only just bought the car and insurance 2 weeks ago.

Many insurers allow you to transfer the remaining part of your existing policy onto the new vehicle (for an admin fee plus any change in premium) but some insurers do terminate the policy on a total loss claim0

could of been shock, or them not understanding does not mean setupDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
