My teenage son is going away wiv mateS on hols , but as hes an asthma sufferer which travel insurance should we choose as would want to get something a bit extra just incase he should have an attack while out there and be hospitlized

    Pretty much all travel insurance will cover medical emergencies - just make sure he discloses his asthma.

    If within Europe, make sure he has an EHIC card.

    He will still need travel ins as EHIC card will not cover repatriation if needed.
    Any ins will cover him, but he must disclose the asthma, they will ask how many inhailors he uses and if he has been in hospital for it.
