The orders go through ok, but in my case they are not recorded in your ebuyer account, which causes problems for returns etc.
There are few others also complaining about the same problem on the ebuyer forums.

I'm having the same problem at the mo too. Item damaged in transit, ebuyer want me complete an online return form but the order doesn't show on my account either!

I have had a problem with a Google Checkout order purchased with Ebuyer. When a purchase is made through Google Checkout it's not entered into your usual Ebuyer account.

One of my items was delivered damaged therefore it's not very straight forward to create an Ebuyer RMA return!

This is an Ebuyer problem, so other companies may have a better system?

It isn't an ebuyer problem, it is a user problem.. ;)

You need to Log in to ebuyer first, before making the purchase, as advised on their website.

My purchases are all showing up as usual on ebuyer systems, the only thing that doesn't show is the £10 Google Discount, but it shows up at Google and is not charged to you.

I disagree the checkout should ensure that you are logged into your account on checkout. It does not!
I was logged in to Ebuyer when I placed the order but for some reason it made no difference.
I would say it's Ebuyer's fault for a poor checkout system. There are many others who have done the same as myself!

Strange that all 3 of my Google purchases have worked fine then and all show up OK on ebuyer systems.

    I've used GC 3 times recently - I think it's fantastic - really quick.
