Buy it now or auction

I usually use auctions starting at 99p (or higher on free listing weekend. But many things don't sell at all and some things sell at disappointing prices. It's just unwanted things like ladies clothes, shoes, bags from high street shops, and young boys clothes too. And some toys & DVDs. Lots of really nice things sell at disappointing prices. I end auctions on a Sunday night.
I was thinking of switching to buy it now. Do you think it's worth the insertion fees? (For nicer items that I am not prepared to sell for 99p.)

Personally if they are not going at 99p or at low prices I would probably not bother paying 40p for a BIN listing. The only things I might consider listing as a BIN are popular DVds, check completed listings to see what sells, and put them up as a BIN with free postage. Media items only attract a 20p BIN lising fee.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
