Problem Buyer

Ive not used ebay for a while, just sold a phone but buyer wants item posting to a country I don't send to and a different country and address than his registered paypal address.
I don't want to do this but wondered if I open a dispute via ebay using the reason "buyer requested delivery to a country I don't post to" could the buyer refuse this request to close the transaction and still leave negative feedback?

JUST SOLD A PHONE, scammers favourite item!
You are under no obligation and to post to an other address would be a disaster, yes do send the cancellation form and notify ebay in a live chat about how they have managed to by-pass the settings and you suspect fraud.
Never mind a negative , as it is better to have a negative feedback as lose a phone and the Paypal payment to a criminal. Am sure ebay will remove the neg that they go on to leave out of spite. Good luckNB...People online who are here asking advice for "my friend" they really mean "myself" :eek:0 -

exactly, that's what makes me reluctant to send to a different address than the paypal address, I think your right though no point losing a phone for the sake of a neg, if it happens i'll see if I can get it removed, but if I cant, what the hell its only one.
thanks for sharing your thoughts on the matter......."A wise man once told me don't argue with fools because people from a distance can't tell who is who"........0 -
Scammers tend not to leave negs (well the intelligent ones anyway) - it leaves a trail, and allows you to respond with the facts.
Dont send it, and pester Ebay until they remove the neg - if you do get one.0
