Moveing House
I am currently on Blue Price Promise 2014 with EDF which ends April 2014. I hope to be moveing house in around June this year and I am wondering if I will be allowed to carry this with me to my new address or do I have to start again from scratch at new property?

No, you can't move a contract across. When you move in you'll be in a deemed contract with the existing suppliers. You can't switch until you register with them.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

macman is correct, unless the existing supplier happens to be the same as your current supplier.
If you switch back to EDF at your new property, you may not be able to take out the same tariff if it's not available to new customers. Check the T&Cs though to see if it mentions moving house.0 -

I recently moved house and was able to transfer my EDF fixed deal.
All I had to do was setup the transfer from the deemed contract, which was Scottish Power, to EDF. This was actually arranged with EDF in the week before the move.0 -

I did this seven years ago when I moved house, Scottish Power moved my contract at the time for me and even switched the prepay meters for normal meters for me. I just arranged it all, the process was just like moving a phone line. I had a few weeks where I was with different suppliers whilst the switch happened.0 -
