Farm break without a car

Hi
I would like to take my 8 year old granddaughter away for a couple of nights to a working farm in August. This is what she would like to do and she would like to help with feeding the animals etc. My problem is that I don't drive and so would need good public transport.
Please can anyone suggest a farm with B&B that would take a short booking?
Many thanks
