"It's time to get snapping! Join a Get Walking Week walk from 4-11 May and take a picture which sums up what you love about walking during it and you could win some fantastic prizes including a walking break for two. We’ll be looking for pictures where the people you’re walking with are as important as the places you’re walking."

You need to take the photo on one of the walks listed at the website.
