Yeah, they are, but not for 67p. The store I shop at is extremely tight, they have a 'reduced' section for products about to go out of date within 24 hours, but they take like 7-15p off the price.

Yeah, I washed the salad, I've been eating it for days, it's fine :P

As for anyone saying it could be something else - I'm positive it's not. I haven't eaten anything that I think could caused this.

I often see them for 50p in the local Select & Save when Asda are doing their 50p offer on Frijj. (It's the only time I'll buy it for my milkshake addict husband!)

If it was the milkshake (which I still find unlikely) you've only really got yourself to blame, you said it smelled off but you drank the whole think anyway. You now have no proof at all that there was anything wrong with it. If you go back to the shop they may want proof but you drank the evidence.

You also say you've been eating the salad for a few days, so you've had the same salad sat around getting more wilted and off by the day so it could be the salad that caused it. Did the salad have onions in? Onions are the worst thing for picking up bugs, an onion should be eaten within a few hours of being cut. After that they are likely to cause a bug so should be thrown out.
  • Just a bit! ;)
2 hours is too soon - it was something else.

    ........the smell of "compo"
  • Oh it's TESCO chain - So you should get something :-)
