iPhone 4 (3G) tethering blocked .

Hi to all
I'm in a very frustrating situation with my current mobile provider (3G) . I informed them my iphone 4 , has been blocked now for 3 days basically prevented from being tethered to my Laptop ( No internet) . Message popping up , blocked call 3G . Which I have done . Everyone at 3g @ loss . Why it's happened , because , I'm on their one plan contract ( eat as much data u can ) . It now appears that might not be the case , unlucky maybe ? During week days , I use iphone 4 itself for Internet . Sat/sun tethering to my laptop . Every time I call technical services , we do basic checks , don't work . Just waiting patiently for them to call me , they said .
It's a long post , sorry . Has anyone else been in similar situation . Or just looking for advice from anyone .
