Car Insurance questions

Is it just me or do others find that they don't fit the drop down box choices in 1 or more instances so any quote won't be right?
For instance most sites don't have an option for 'found damaged' when detailing a claim. It is frustrating enough that this becomes something that is my fault but surely this is not uncommon?
I end up finding that I can't go through all the recommended steps to get cheaper insurance as I don't fit!

Usually an option for malicious damage or similar.
But if it was a carpark scrape and they didnt leave any details would choosing accident be right?
Bit of a downer all round i think. Declaring it for 5 years would rekindle the experience of finding the car damaged by someone that didnt leave any details.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
