Try ringing them and ask if there's any other information they can accept. Explain the position. What will your verse be?

have a similar problem as we live in an isolated community were a very large area shares the same postcode and there being 3 houses with the same name. they can never find us. it does not help that the utilities each has a slightly different version for our address. trying to convince bt that they have messed up on one letter of our postcode was fun.0

We can usually agree on some acceptable forms of name/address proof. Just drop us a line and we'll work something out.

I wish it was that simple James, I have been trying to obtain my credit report since 2011, first time my documents got lost (even thought sent it special delivery)
I now have decided to do a free trial with you, in the hope I can carry it on (£14.99 is not a bad price as I need to keep control of my credit) however this seems to be not working either.... at a lose end0 -
Even though you do not have bills in your name, surely you have some paperwork with your address on you can send to them?
Maybe a bank statement?
A letter from a government agency (tax office / benefits letters or something similar?)
It can be difficult for the credit reference agencies to properly identify a person, particularly if they are not on the electoral roll and have very few current credit agreements, but with some paperwork to prove you are who you say you are and live at that particular address they should be able to sort something out.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Please do not pay the £15 after the free trial as it is not worth it. Once all is sorted you can go to the £2 statutory report again.0 -

I sent a original bank statement
A sky Bill
A tennancy agreement
A payslip
All with my address
A copy of my passport as Identity
Hopefully this will suffice0 -
Have you tried getting your report from Equifax or Noddle?0

That £2 online access thing is a load of bull. Not only do you get errors when you try to order it, when the code comes through the post it simply does not work. Also the letter says to use the link in the email they sent to access it, only there is no link in the email.0
