SATA hard drive to IDE/USB interface

Is there a device which can interface a SATA hard drive to IDE or USB ??
I've bought a few hard drives as backup data drives, most have been IDE.
I use a device called EASY IDE to connect them externally via USB port.
I have accidentally bought a SATA drive.
Can I connect this to IDE plug or USB port somehow ??
