Santander Zero account charges

Hi All,
Not been on this forum for quite some time so hope it's ok to ask a question?
I have a santander Zero current account, which I have held onto as it was initially a "zero charges" account as long as I used it as my main account and deposited £1000 p/m.
I have an overdraft facility and regularly use this, but for some months now I am being charged a monthly fee for using this overdraft.
I am happy to pay this fee but is Santander allowed to change the terms of this account in this way? They have tried to make me open a 123 account but I have resisted, should this account not be as per the original agreement "zero fees" until I either close it or change the account?
Many Thanks for any advice in advance
Regards

The zero current account has always charged overdraft usage charges. It used to be 12.9% and is now 18.9%.0

You're talking about debit interest though...OP specifically referred to "charges" and monthly "fees", ie fees of £1 per day, £6 per month, etc.The zero current account has always charged overdraft usage charges. It used to be 12.9% and is now 18.9%.
Perhaps the OP could clarify?0
