China has increasing problems to sort through also and a decreasing workforce to deal with them.
The biggest backer of USA debt is China holding trillions, for a country so poor still on average thats alot to lose control of

as it stands i have both the Fidelity South East Asia and Matthews Asian Tiger funds in my HL SIPP.
looking at moving to III...neither of them seem to be available:think:..
with a re-organisation of my portfolio i will probably be looking for 1 Asian fund, but not sure which one. something that gives exposure to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand aswell as China and India.
