    Zero customer service at Aldi/Lidl. Always only ever have one till on and won't put another on until the trolleys have snaked up to the back of the store. Then they give you dirty looks and tut if payment type is not cold hard cash notes.

    Asda self scan till freezes and crashes and instead of the assistant offering to put me through another, instead asks me to wait while she calls the supervisor over who was taking ages and basically couldn't care less. I had to say to the assistant that I'll just re-do my shopping though another till wise I would still be waiting yet.
