    Very true however it may give a rough range to look at since he isn't aware of a minimum.

    The minimum is the lowest salary the company wants to pay at that time. Lots of companies do no advertise salary so I do not see how Glassdoor gets hold of them

    Found 1 entry for the job I am being considered for, the salary listed is about what I would expect.

    I have searched my job title in London and nothing listed and 4 old firms I worked for

    It's a hit or miss website.

    It only gets salaries based on current and previous employees posting on it. And does not have all companies.

    It is really only for a guideline and an extra place to look when researching about a job or position.
    Bad luck breeds bad luck.
