Why didn't you withdraw some money from your account before you 'lost' the card? Or had it all been nabbed by loan brokers by then?

Can't you withdraw cash from one of your other accounts? Or borrow money from family or friends for a few days?

Is it a Natwest or RBS account? If so you might be able to use the emergency cash service they have where you ring them up and they provide a code to use to withdraw money from a cash machine.

If you lost the card you should have reported it lost ASAP. The bank cancels it and "card number, cvc, expiry etc" become pretty much worthless.

Well given that YOU HAVE reported the card as lost. Then the details are now useless for payments.
If you have not and someone has found it and now spent ALL you cash, then you are in trouble.....

Transfer funds to someone you know and let them get the cash from a ATM for you.
