You can nominate a course until 14/06, and between 01/07 and 31/07 you can vote on nominations. You can enter up to 5 times per week (not indicated whether this is every 7 day from your first entry, or some fixed calendar week).
The competition runs almost worldwide, and the winners are drawn at random. There is one grand prize winner, and 2 monthly prize winners (monthly prize winners drawn after 25th of each month). Grand prize is a 2 night trip for 2 to the golf (with airfares from London if in the UK?). The monthly prizes are Troon gift certificates.
