Tax credit provisional award anyone?

I did my renewal 29th was told to wait 8 weeks due to checks.
Well today I have had provisional awards for last year and a provisional for the forth coming yet.

It does say my award still
Not finalised and these are provisional. However it does not show my income I declared when I did my renewal it shows my estimate.

Do
I need to ring and
Check or shall I wait to see if I actually get final decision notes.
This is different to last few years so I don't want anything to go wrong.

Did anyone else get provisional and how soon was it you got final

if you renewed on 29th, was told to wait 8 weeks before calling, and recieved prov award today, why call? i would still wait the 8 weeks, then call if the final award hadnt come.
some of us are still waiting for renewal packs!

It says to ring if there's something wrong and in my previous post I said they had my earnings different to my actual. They had my estimated.

The provisional award is based on details you gave them last year or during last year if you updated within the year. It has nothing whatever to do with the recent renewal you just did. So IMO you do not need to ring them at all. Just wait for the final notice for last year and this years new award, then when that comes make sure that the details on it are 100% accurate and all will be well.
