Hi all, turns out the guy I found on Which did a full structural 3-4 monthsago on the property we are buying, pure coincidence. We knew it hadfallen through and the EA said this was due to lack of funds.
We spoke this morning and he said he didn't have the survey to hand but thatit would have to be done again as it's over 3 months old and he did it inthe winter, fair enough I didn't expect him to read it to me over thephone. He did however say that there was no DPC & roof was ok andthat he would take a look and get back to me Tuesday. I just hinted thatif he had found something major I would rather know now.
But question is, is there any way we can purchase the old survey or is thisnot legal?

A surveyor won't sell you a survey intended for another client . He will undertake another one on your behalf. He may offer you a lower price however as he is familiar with the property.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
