Hot conservatory - air conditioning?

Hello,
I have a large conservatory (must be 5 metres by 5 metres roughly). It obviously gets very hot during certain months and the fans that I have in there don't really take the edge off enough to make it enjoyable to sit in! So, I am looking at getting an air conditioning unit. I want to get it right 1st time, rather than get one that is not powerful enough or the wrong sort of machine. So, I thought I'd post on here to see if anyone has any experience of a similar situation, or just basic things to watch out for. Any advice would be appreciated. I am thinking of buying the machine I eventually plump for, from EBAY. How does that sound?
Thanks in advance!

I am afraid you are going to have to calculate the solar gain to be able to work out the size of the a/c unit required. It is likely to cost a lot to run.
Have you tried passive cooling?0
