Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
    Hi All

Sad face Bob today, very low trade. All these bank holidays and half terms are really starting to cause me a problem. My cash flow is horrible.

Off to look for mark downs in the local supermarket. Its the right time of day.

    Have nice evenings.

Ok! I am back in happy MS mode. My little trip to the supermarket was a really good idea.

My bargains included 3 X Tesco finest extra matured 500g mince packs. Normally retail at £4.50 I got each for £1.85. All gone straight in the freezer. Saving of £7.95

I also managed to use a £3 off if you spend £20 voucher, by stocking up on other daily items we needed, and then also used a 0.80p voucher off. Total spend was £20.21, total shown on reciept before discounts applied £28.84, plus I earned Tesco points.

That is pretty good right? Probably bought myself a weeks shopping for that.

Thanks for starting Josie, how's the house coming along?

Thanks for asking determined, now the "missing" paperwork has been found it seems to be speeding up! The land registry searches have now been sent and there are different opinions on how long this will take, solicitor says 3-4 weeks at the moment and mortgage broker says 10-14 days...so we'll just wait and see! I've kinda worked out we'll be moving end of June-ish. :)

So today I have spent a bit of money
    - Bought £8.16 tooth whitening kit and £6.29 mascara for £7.05 total in boots, plus 206 advantage card points using multiple vouchers. :D
    - Used £5 off £40 spend in Mr T's. I seem to be spending more and more in there at the moment due buying convenience food. I don't mind so much as I can afford it more now but I still look for bargains! Birds Eye have some good deals on at the moment
    - Spent £4.90 in Costa instead of £8-9 in Deli Cafe
    - Bought half length joggers with 30% off in Sports Direct £16.99
    - The rest of the day will be spent in the house/garden pottering

So lots of spends, but I did my best with them :D

    Jx
Nothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!

    Hi All

Just checking in, a long day today worked 8-6.30. Tommorow is a day out for the family, cant wait. Little man is so excited!

Not a big step but a meaningful one for me, after making this months min payment on CC2 we are now under 5.5K, not by much but its a step towards the next milestone of 5K and under.

Good luck tommorow all, and enjoy bank holiday!
