Anyone remember the Sega Mega Drive

PC emulators are available - they aren't illegal, but downloading ROMs would be.
There's a collection of Megadrive games on a single PS3 disk - not sure about XBox.
Personally I'd buy a raspberry pi and mod it to run an emulator.
Yes there's at least 1 Sega games collection fo the xbox, ive even got a Sega handheld machine with about 20 games on it.0 -
Thanks to everyone for their replies.
I bought the Mega Drive and Sonic the Hedgehog game cartridge in a car boot sale for the grand total of £6.50p
Whilst out today, I found a local tv and computer repair shop and the engineer said that he used to do the mods quite often back in the mid 90s. He did mention something about NTSC/PAL and 50/60MHz i think. Anyway, he said he could do it for £15 and it'll play UK, US and Japanese cartridges, so I'll be taking it to him to get it done sometime next week.
