Loss adjusters dragging heels

Hi
I had a fire in an out house last year. The loss adjusters were sent round and they were spot on for the first few months (loads of goods replaced and the whole thing rebuilt).
Then the person assigned to the job changed and it has become hellish since.
We've had to badger them to get stuff done and the last few thousand pounds of replacements are still outstanding. We have had no correspondence or sign off.
I find it difficult to contact them as I'm out of the house fom 6.30 to after 5 (when they close) and I'm not in a position to be able to call from work.
On the occaisions I've had chance to call them the chap involved is usually out or unavailable. I've left messages for him to call me etc and when I finally managed to get through before Xmas he confirmed the outstanding goods and asked me to get a quote for one item. So he's aware of the situation.
I've written to his line manager, but to date had no reply.
Any suggestions on what to do next. I've already written a letter to the specified customer complaints dept, I just need to post it now.
Thanks
