    I've also been disappointed by Oakley customer service. Not with a watch, but a pair of sunglasses which had broken in under 2years.

    Oakley said they couldn't repair them, and offered 40% off a new pair. I won't be taking up this offer as what if the next pair break in 2 years time. I expect my glasses to last far longer. I have Raybans and Police glasses that have lasted for years.

    I've learnt my lesson and won't be buying Oakley again.

    Surprised to see this one pop up again, but seeing as it has I'm wondering if the OP had any luck in the end getting their watch fixed? :)

    Thought I'd provide an update. After I replied to Oakley to tell them to stuff their offer of 40% off a new pair, they then offered to provide a replacement pair free of charge (up to the value of the original glasses). Unfortunately they'd stopped making my model, but I was happy to accept a similar pair.

    It was a long winded process, the Oakley customer service people are not the quickest to respond, but they got there in the end.
