I have a UT Starcom WIFI handset from Vonage.
I want to quit Vonage but keep the handset
Is it possible to unlock the handset so I can use it with other VOIP providers?

No such luck.
Compared to that mine is antiquated which I guess is why they do it so cheap.
Mine is
